Health, Dental, Vision and Prescription Coverage
The company contributes a significant portion towards medical, dental, vision and prescription drug benefits for all full-time employees and their families. Eligibility to participate begins on the first day of the month after 30 days of full time service.

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
We have made available a flexible spending account for medical (up to $2,000) and dependent care (up to $5,000) expenses which allows participants to deduct and contribute a bi-weekly pre-tax amount from their wages.

Full-time eligible employees enjoy company paid time off including 7 holidays and accrued leave for vacation, personal absence and sick time.

We offer eligible full-time employees the option to participate in a 401K retirement savings plan with a wide range of investment options. Employees are eligible to begin contributing to the plan during quarterly enrollment periods after completing 30 days of service.

Life Insurance
Basic Life Insurance is a 100% company paid benefit, equal to 2x your base annual earnings. Basic Life Insurance is provided to all regular full time employees. The effective date of coverage is the first of the month following thirty days of continuous service with the Company. Additionally, the company has made available life insurance at discounted group rates.

Long term Disability Insurance
Long Term Disability Coverage (LTD) is a 100% company paid benefit. This benefit is automatic for all permanent full time employees. The effective date of coverage is the first of the month following thirty days of continuous service with the Company.

Short Term Disability Insurance
The Company has made available short term disability (STD) insurance at discounted group rates. Regular full-time employees hired to work 40 hours per week may opt to enroll in this plan. Premium for STD insurance is paid by the employee, and will be automatically deducted from the employee's bi-weekly paycheck. The effective date of coverage is the first of the month following thirty days of continuous service with the Company.
