Principal Kenneth M. Usab, PE, leads our Sussex County, Delaware Office, which has moved to a larger office near the Circle in Georgetown, Delaware, a few miles away from its previous location.

While the telephone number remains unchanged (P: 302-855-5734), the office’s new address is:

8 West Market Street, Georgetown, DE 19947

Ken opened MRA’s original Georgetown Office in 2002 to serve southern Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland. The office provides land planning, civil, site, and coastal engineering, and surveying services, and regularly joins forces with our other locations to provide full-service architecture, structural engineering, and landscape architecture for residential, commercial, governmental, industrial, and infrastructure projects. Ken has extensive experience in innovative planning, design, engineering, and construction supervision of multi-faceted civil, site, and coastal engineering projects, with emphasis on waterfront development and complex regulatory issues. His expertise includes assuming a lead role in coordination of complex permitting requirements involving the US Army Corps of Engineers, Delaware Department of Natural Resources, Maryland Department of the Environment, Critical Area Commission, and other State and Federal Agencies.

Current projects that the MRA Georgetown Office is working on include: Plantation Lakes, a 2497-unit planned residential golf community, located in Millsboro Delaware; a new Classroom Building Expansion to the NorthBay Environmental Education facilities previously designed by MRA in Cecil County, Maryland; and the over 5 million dollar renovation to Sailwinds Park Wharf including creation of a new public waterfront promenade on the Choptank River in Cambridge, Maryland.
