MRA provided architectural, structural engineering, and surveying services for the new 180,000-SF retail center located on the north side of Bel Air. Anchored by a 54,000-SF Safeway, innovative solutions were developed to maximize retail square footage, while accommodating a difficult site and maximizing the available parking for each tenant. Construction management services for the super market buildout were also provided by MRA.
