MRA provided architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineering, site planning, and landscape architectural design services for nearly 160,000 SF of retail and office space. The architectural challenge for this project was to meet Baltimore County’s requirement to create a "main street" that appeared to have been built over a long period of time. This was achieved through creative site planning and the use of different architectural styles, materials, and elevations.
This project was the winner of the Home Builders Association of Maryland, LDC 2005 "Award of Excellence."
MRA also provided site engineering and design services for 262 2-car garage condominium/townhouse units.
