GTA has provided a variety of services to Community Wireless Structures. GTA has performed Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, in accordance with applicable ASTM standards, at sites proposed for telecommunication towers. Limited groundwater and soil sampling and analytical testing was provided on several sites. In addition, GTA has provided cellular regulatory services that have included National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) reviews, Historic Sites Evaluations in accordance with applicable State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) requirements, Memorandum of Agreements (MOAs) and Environmental Assessments (EAs) in accordance with FCC requirements.

GTA has also provided Community Wireless Structures with geotechnical explorations, sampling and foundation recommendations, and construction observation and material testing services for the proposed telecommunications towers.
