We are pleased to announce that Adam D. Yascavage, PLS, has been promoted to Associate of Morris & Ritchie Associates of NC, PC (MRA).

Adam brings nearly a decade of experience in land surveying and has been an integral part of our team since joining MRA three years ago. He has played a pivotal role in expanding our capabilities by introducing aerial mapping and drone technology, streamlining field procedures, and improving data transfer from field to office. These advancements have strengthened our ability to deliver precise, efficient, and cost-effective surveying solutions for clients.

Adam’s expertise spans the full spectrum of surveying services from initial research and boundary analysis to topographic surveys, aerial and terrestrial scanning, construction staking, and as-built documentation. He has successfully managed projects across multiple states, coordinating with municipalities and regulatory agencies to secure approvals and ensure compliance. His experience includes work on commercial, industrial, and residential developments, renewable energy sites, DOT mobile mapping, and municipal asset inventories.

As the Project Surveyor at MRA’s Raleigh office, Adam oversees day-to-day operations of the survey department, including quality control and production for all projects. He is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in North Carolina and holds a Bachelor of Science in Marine Science with a minor in Environmental Science from Coastal Carolina University, complemented by specialized coursework in Geomatics Technology.

Adam’s leadership, technical proficiency, and commitment to client relationships continue to elevate MRA’s ability to provide accurate, timely, and state-of-the art surveying services.
