Alex has been a key member of our structural engineering team for more than 12 years, bringing exceptional skill and dedication to projects that demand precision and adaptability. His experience spans civil and structural engineering for a wide range of telecommunications infrastructure and critical systems, including thousands of wireless communication installations and upgrades across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University and an Associate of Science in Engineering from Harford Community College. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and Virginia and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Maryland DC Wireless Association.

Throughout his career at MRA, Alex has contributed to engineering efforts for major initiatives such as 5G rollout programs, small cell deployments, and emergency services communication systems. His work includes complex structural solutions for projects like the Charles County Public Safety Communication System upgrade, temporary cellular deployments for multiple Presidential Inaugurations, and specialized rooftop installations for federal facilities including the FAA Headquarters and the Rayburn House Office Building. He has also provided innovative designs for structural modifications supporting advanced mechanical systems at Northrop Grumman facilities.
