Andrew has been an essential part of our civil engineering team for more than 12 years, bringing expertise in site development and infrastructure design for projects that shape communities and support economic growth. His work spans roadway and utility design, stormwater management and erosion control design for a diverse range of developments, from residential neighborhoods to large-scale commercial and industrial sites.

Andrew earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Delaware and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Maryland. His technical proficiency includes advanced hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, 3D modeling, and stormwater facility design that meets the latest regulatory standards.

In addition to design, Andrew is responsible for project coordination and permitting with numerous agencies, such as SHA, MDE, USACOE, BGE, Delmarva/Exelon, Artesian Water Company, City of Baltimore, Critical Area Commission, Harford County, Soil Conservation Districts, Baltimore County, Cecil County, etc.

Throughout his career at MRA, Andrew has played a key role in transformative projects such as the Great Wolf Lodge resort complex in Cecil County, the Tradepoint Atlantic Baltimore Port of Entry automobile import facility, and major distribution and infrastructure improvements at Principio Business Park. His experience also includes innovative site solutions for mixed-use developments like The Standard on Bond and adaptive reuse projects such as The Fox Building in Baltimore, which earned a WaveMaker Award from the Urban Land Institute.
