Ryan has been an integral part of our structural engineering team in Towson for more than 13 years. His expertise spans structural design, analysis, and construction administration for a wide range of projects, including high-rise and mid-rise buildings, mixed-use developments, and specialized facilities. His leadership and technical proficiency have contributed significantly to the success of many complex projects.

Ryan holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Lehigh University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, the American Institute of Steel Construction, and the American Concrete Institute.

Throughout his career at MRA, Ryan has managed structural engineering for landmark projects such as Port Covington mixed-use residential buildings in Baltimore, the Allied | Harbor Point development featuring luxury apartments and a hotel complex, and multiple mission-critical facilities for Northrop Grumman Corporation. His work also includes innovative designs for large-scale podium structures and high-rise concrete framing systems that meet demanding architectural and performance requirements.
