Christopher Flathers, a civil engineer with more than twenty years of experience in the land development industry, has been named an Associate of MRA.

Chris is a registered professional engineer in Maryland and Delaware. He received his Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Villanova University and his Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from University of Delaware. Additionally, he is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Throughout Chris’s ten years as part of the New Castle, Delaware office, he has demonstrated a remarkable level of dedication, expertise, and leadership in all aspects of his work. As an Associate, he will continue to lead site planning and engineering design efforts associated with land development projects throughout Delaware and the surrounding areas. His extensive knowledge and experience of both the entitlement process and civil engineering design allow him to provide exceptional guidance to our design teams and the clients we serve. We are confident that Chris will help MRA and the New Castle office continue to grow and thrive in this competitive industry.
