Phillip L. Tolliver, P.E., is MRA’s fourth president since our companies founding by Rich Morris and Kirk Ritchie in 1979. Past presidents include Rich Morris, Robert Bradley, and Frank Hertsch.
RYAN AHN, PE, PROMOTED TO ASSOCIATE
Jeffrey Wahl, a civil engineer with 17 years of experience, including 13 with MRA, has been promoted to Associate. Working out of MRA’s Laurel, Maryland location, Jeff is responsible for day-to-day design and development of commercial, industrial, and residential subdivision projects, including the planning, engineering, drafting, permitting, and construction administration of projects.
