Anirban Basu
Chairman & CEO, Sage Policy Group, Inc.
Anirban Basu is Chairman & CEO of Sage Policy Group, Inc., a Baltimore-based economic and policy consultancy he founded in 2004. He serves the Chief Economist function for many organizations, including the Maryland Bankers Association and Associated Builders and Contractors. The Baltimore Business Journal named him one of the region's 20 most powerful business leaders in 2010. In 2022, he entered the Daily Record newspaper's Circle of Influence. He is the Distinguished Economist in Residence at Goucher College, where he teaches History of Economic Thought. He holds four graduate degrees, including a J.D. and a Ph.D.

Adam Ducker
Chief Executive Officer, RCLCO
Adam Ducker is Chief Executive Officer of RCLCO, where he leads the firm's Real Estate Economics and Management Consulting practices. He joined the firm in the mid-1990s as an associate directly after graduate school and learned the trade with the firm. He is a recognized expert in planning for organizational growth and talent management, capital strategy, investment analysis, market and financial analysis, and marketing of real estate assets. He has particular depth of expertise in high-density housing, retail/entertainment, and hotel/resort development.

Eric Lynch
Economist, Survey Research Group, NAHB
Eric Lynch is an Economist in the Survey Research Group at NAHB, where he is responsible for conducting and assisting with surveys, including NAHB's sentiment indicators for multifamily and remodeling and other related housing topics. In addition, he provides data and information on housing-related issues to NAHB members, staff, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Prior to joining NAHB in 2022, he worked as a Senior Associate in the Research & Knowledge department at the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), gaining industry knowledge on the built environment and residential market. He holds a B.A. in Political Science / Economics & Spanish from Towson University and an M.S. in Applied Economics from the University of Maryland.
