We are excited to announce the opening of our third North Carolina office. This new location strengthens our presence across the state, complementing our existing offices in Raleigh and Wilmington to provide even broader support for our clients.

Leading the Greensboro office is Jeremy Keeny, PE, PLS, who brings over 23 years of experience in land development, civil/site engineering, and surveying. As Principal-In-Charge, Jeremy is committed to delivering high-quality, value-driven solutions that meet project timelines and budgets. He is licensed as a Professional Engineer in 11 states and as a Professional Land Surveyor in the Carolinas and Virginia. Jeremy also holds a Master of Engineering Management and an MBA from Arkansas State University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from NC State University, with a focus on transportation and water resources.

Our Greensboro team is equipped to serve a wide range of markets including commercial and retail development, industrial and distribution facilities, infrastructure and renewable energy projects, and residential subdivisions, both large and small. This office was established to better support our existing clients with services in site planning, civil and structural engineering, surveying, architecture, and landscape architecture throughout the Carolinas.

We also offer specialized support for the homebuilding industry through our Homebuilder Services Division. Builders benefit from graded home sites designed to reduce earthmoving costs and flexible lot layouts that accommodate a wide variety of unit types. We provide tailored unit and option lists for each lot, along with marketing plans to assist builders and sales teams in siting and selling homes effectively. This flexibility enables our clients to respond quickly to buyer preferences and market demands.
